His experience has enabled him the ability to deliver insightful industry research and identify market trends in order to create relevant story angles for clients.
Prior to establishing Sniper Public Relations in 2009, Patrick was an Account Manager at a boutique technology public relations firm, where he supported strategic communications and media relations as the account lead for various start up clients in the consumer and technology marketplace.
Previously, he worked at Brodeur where he supported media relations and product review programs for a number of clients including IBM Global Services and RIM and its BlackBerry product. While working on IBM Global Services, he led a team that organized IBM’s Future of Crime Influencer Salons in which over 60 key influencers from government, academia, analyst firms and Fortune 500 companies came together in a town meeting setting to discussed the impact technology has had on crime.
While working on RIM, he played an integral role in introducing BlackBerry to consumers by supporting the launch of the BlackBerry Pearl in the prosumer marketplace. During this time, BlackBerry subscribers increased from 4 million subscribers to approximately 12 million subscribers.
