The Social Marketing Academy
Getting Animated with Alex Herder
When inspiration strikes, it strikes! Have you ever thought about incorporating animation in your marketing strategies, to tell eye-catching stories that audiences will respond to? It’s effective, but there’s a time and a place, and doing poorly can cost you money and your audience. In this episode, I sit down with Alex Herder of Duck & Duck to talk about when the time is right to pull off animation.
Alex started the animation studio Duke & Duck back in 2009 with his best friend Dave and since then they’ve been creating compelling content for non-profits, brands, and anyone else who shares their passion for telling good stories. In the past couple of years, they have worked with leading organizations all over the world, including the American Red Cross, the World Bank, Nestle, Patagonia, and even the Biden presidential campaign.
